This Privacy Policy describes how Leanifi Business Solutions LLC, doing business as Sell to the Max, collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in connection with the Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, assessment rubric selection, and custom buyer details if you use that feature. Information generated through the Service: call recordings and transcripts, AI-generated assessments, and call metadata (date, time, duration).

2. How we use information

To deliver the Service (initiating calls, connecting you with AI buyers, generating assessments), to email your assessment, to analyse call quality and AI performance so the experience improves, and to respond to support questions.

3. How we protect information

We implement reasonable security measures. Data is processed through secure third-party platforms including Retell AI (call handling), OpenAI (assessment generation) and our email provider.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service.

5. Data retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days to allow for service quality review, then permanently deleted. Contact information is retained until you request deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of future marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact inquiries@selltothemax.ai.
